The property is located at the top of the Sunshine Village gondola in the heart of Sunshine Village Ski and Snowboard Resort, approximately 100 miles from Calgary International Airport. At the Sunshine Inn, lift tickets are included during your stay (not including the day of arrival). With stays of 5 nights or more, guests receive 2 complimentary First Tracks lessons (for ages 13 and up) and complimentary Maple Leaf gift basket of Canadian specialties for stays of 8 nights or more. Amenities also include a 24-hour front desk, Internet kiosk (for a fee), hot tub, sauna, fitness center, spa services, massages, free ski storage, free apres ski activities, free valet parking, room service, game room, multilingual staff, ATM, fireplace, business services and babysitting services. Dining options include the on-site Eagle's Nest fine dining restaurant, Chimney Corner Restaurant, and Java Lift coffee shop. Complimentary daytime shuttles to Banff are offered as well as an evening shuttle on Fridays. Guest rooms feature flat screen cable TVs, telephones, free local calls, hairdryers, and Internet access. Cribs, irons and ironing boards are available by request (fees may apply). Please note that the gondola hours have been revised. The new operating hours are: Saturday - Thursday: 08.00 - 17.30; Friday: 08.00 - 22.30. For hotel guests at the Sunshine Inn arriving outside of these hours, getting to the Inn is still simple. To arrange a complimentary shuttle to meet guests at the base area please call 403-762-6500 (24 hours notice is required). A courtesy phone is located at the base area for last minute shuttle arrangements. Due to the change in gondola operating hours, the free evening shuttle to Banff for guests at the Sunshine Inn will operate on Friday evenings. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Sunshine Inn is located at the top of the Sunshine Village gondola. Guest check-in and is located in the gondola base area and guests must take the gondola to get to the hotel. Check-in hours are Sat to Thurs 8:00 to 17:30, Fri 8:00 to 22:30Guests are requested to be at the base area check-in at least 30 minutes before the last gondola cabin departs. Guests arriving outside of check-in hours must call 403-762-6500 to arrange for a complimentary shuttle to the Sunshine Inn.Guests staying 5 nights or longer will receive 2 Free First Tracks Ski or Snowboard Lessons.
