River Run is a pedestrian village located at the base of the mountain, within walking distance of the gondola and express quad chairlift, and less than 100 miles from Denver International Airport. This neighborhood offers access to shopping, dining, and skiing. During the summer, many of Keystone's signature events take place in River Run. The main plaza is home to live music, art galleries, a variety of festivals, and unique opportunities for the family. The accommodations in River Run are all newly designed, mountain-themed suites.

The property's amenities include the outdoor pool, Kickapoo Tavern, Great Northern Tavern, Paisano's, and Parrot Eyes. For a memorable experience, board the gondola for a ride to the top to experience one of two fine dining options at the Alpenglow Stube or the Der Fondue Chessel. Guests of Keystone Resort receive Adventure Passports for free activities around the resort and access to a complimentary shuttle service. The hotel also offers free underground parking, ski storage, and laundry facilities.
