The hotel definitely looks a lot better from the inside than it does from the outside. MK 08/07.

It is a low set pupose built of semi-modern style. The building is not very attractive from the outside as it is built in a style made to be able to cope with the elements of this northern climate.

The rooms are of medium size and are in good condition as are the bathrooms.

The restaurant is small and cosy.

The lobby area is small but adjoins a comfortable seating area with sofas and a fireplace.

The Rica hotel enjoys a central location in the heart of Kirkenes.
