As we have a responsibility to our owners, this security deposit is required for any non-accidental damage or any accidental damage above and beyond what is covered in our damage waiver benefit within the 6% reservation fee. The pre-authorization will be voided 10 days after arrival date provided there is no damage, missing inventory, telephone charges and/or excessive cleaning required.
