Red Wolf Lakeside Lodge is located in the heart of Squaw Valley, directly on Lake Tahoe, and approximately 39 miles southwest of Reno/Tahoe International Airport. This resort is two miles from Sands Harbor, six miles from Squaw Valley Stables and Tahoe Biltmore Casino, seven miles from Cal Neva Resort and Casino, and nine miles from the Squaw Valley Adventure Center.

The property features simple, rustic decor. Amenities include the outdoor pool and two spa tubs. Sporting equipment is available at the activity desk. The hotel also offers a ski shuttle, laundry facilities, a video library, and ski storage.

All condominiums have balconies, fireplaces, cable TV and DVD players, CD player/stereo, Internet access, air-conditioning, iron/ironing board, hairdryers, voicemail, and kitchens with dishwashers, microwaves, dishware, cookware, and refrigerators. The price includes the property's resort fee. The one bedroom one bath lakeside condos accommodate up to 4 guests. The two bedroom two bath lakeside condos accommodate up to 6 guests. The studio one bath lakeside condos accommodate up to 2 guests. Grills and in-unit Jacuzzi are available (additional charges may apply).

Please note that the front desk is open from 8am until 7pm on Monday through Friday, and 8am until 9pm on Saturday and Sunday. Guests arriving after hours must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive late check-in instructions. Guests must be 21 or older to check-in. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Check-in is located at the resort front desk. It is open from 8am to 7pm, Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday, the resort front desk is open from 8am to 9pm. If you are checking in after hours, please go to the front left side of the lobby.
