The building is constructed in two main blocks. Because of the location one building is positioned lower down the lake shore slopes than the other. Each is five storeys high.
A variety of room types within the property. This room type is their hotel room, as the whole property is brand new all the fittings are very contemporary and well designed. The bedding in the standard room is one Queen bed for a maximum of two guests, no extra beds are possible in this room type. Bathrooms are shower only. The rooms and suites also include underfloor heating, a real bonus in winter ! DVD players and music systems are also standard inclusions.
Seasons is the bar and restaurant. Serves Breakfast and dinner in an informal atmosphere.

On the Frankton road, the main highway into Queenstown. A 20 minute walk(1.5km by lakeside walking track) into the town centre, or five minutes in a car. Overlooks the spectacular Lake Wakatipu and many rooms with views to the "Remarkables".
