There are 156 rooms in different room categories: single rooms, double rooms, studios and luxurious apartments, offer comfort and privacy for your stay. Six double rooms, as well as all areas of the hotel, are disabled guest friendly. Each guest room features private bathroom with a bath tub, TV, mini bar and telephone. The hotel features two restaurants where the guests can enjoy European cuisine and specialties of the Bulgarian national cuisine. An elegant dinning room with 150 seats and a buffet. A traditional Bulgarian Mehana with 80 seats where guests may enjoy national Bulgarian show. There is also a conference hall fully equipped for multimedia presentations and has a capacity of 100 seats. Sport center, swimming pool, sauna, Ski storage for own equipment, shuttle bus to the gondola station and back all free of charge. Location
Borovetz is the first and most popular international mountain resort in Bulgaria. It is located at 2 000m above sea level on the Northern slopes of Rila mountain. Borovetz is easily accessible, being only 70 km away from Sofia. It was developed into a modern high-class ski resort with luxury hotels, restaurants, entertainment spots and 50 km of ski runs providing excellent conditions for a variety of winter sports.
Ski Facts
Borovetz is located at 1350 above sea level (with the highest runs at 2600m), on the Northern slopes of Rila mountain. The resort has facilities for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, ski jumps and biathlon, ski-doo, etc, and has twice hosted World Cup competitions in Alpine skiing. Its biathlon track is one of the best in Europe. Usually the slopes of Borovetz have permanent snow cover from December to April.
There are ski runs available for beginners, intermediates and advanced skiers, designed with international markings and multilingual signs. Runs are groomed to the highest standards. The ski runs of Borovetz are located in three different areas. Cross-country and biathlon tracks are located 2km away from the resort together with the cross-country tuition tracks. The runs for the ski jumps are 75m and 50m long and are serviced by a chair lift. New snow cannons for artificial snow are also provided in Borovetz. The ski patrol provides 24 hour emergency service.

Snow cannons: 2 km of ski runs covered by six snow cannons.

Snow boarding Try the Rotata half-pipe. With a vertical drop of 320 meters, the run was designed to satisfy both advanced riders in its upper end and beginners in its lower end. To make your snowboarding even more enjoyable the Rotata is equipped with its own drag lift.

Apres Ski:The night life is excellent at this resort. Borovets is full of bars, cafes, night clubs, discos. Most of them work till the early morning, and offer good prices and special happy hour discounts. Music played is mostly international dance music.
