The Beaver Village Condominiums are located in Winter Park, approximately 70 miles from Denver International Airport. Surrounded by the Arapaho National Forest, 35 miles to the majestic Rocky Mountain National Park, 15 miles from golfing, 65 miles to casinos, this location offers stunning mountain views and easy access to shopping, dining and nightlife. The guests are offered a direct shuttle to and from Winter Park Resort for fast access to skiing only two miles away.

The property's clubhouse amenities include three hot tubs, a heated indoor swimming pool, ski storage, sauna, guest laundry facilities, free parking, free local calls, fitness facility, weekly housekeeping and a sundeck for summertime use. The front desk will store guests' luggage, upon request, in the event of an early arrival or late departure. Complimentary pick-up for those arriving via Amtrak is also available by contacting the front desk.

One bedroom/one bath and two bedroom/two bath condos are available. The one bedroom condo holds a maximum of four people while the two bedroom holds a maximum of six people. Each condo has either a king or queen bed and a sleeper sofa in living area. The spacious condominiums include full kitchens with refrigerators, stoves/ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, coffeemakers, pots and pans, dishes and glasses, and toasters. The standard amenities include separate bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, sleeper sofas, washers and dryers, irons and ironing boards, fireplaces, cable TV, stereos, hairdryers, Internet access, and private entrances and balconies. Rollaways, cribs, and grills are available. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Please note that daily front desk hours are 8:00am-9:00pm in summer, 8:00am-6:00pm in fall, and 8:00am-10:00pm in winter and 9:00-5:00 in spring.
